Root Kids in a Relationship with God
Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. Totally Catholic Rainforest Falls VBS shows kids what it means to be rooted in a relationship with God, their creator, a safe place in life’s storms.

At Totally Catholic Rainforest Falls Vacation Bible School, one memorable Bible Point and one key aspect of Sacred Tradition (called the “Catholic ID”) are reinforced throughout the stations each day—making these key points easy to remember and apply in real life.

Campers:
For children in grades TK (minimum age four and potty-trained) through 5th grade.

Volunteers:
For adults and youth entering 6th grade and up (2026-2027 School Year).

Registration:
Registration includes daily snacks, crafts, activities, and a themed t-shirt!

Fees:
First Child = $115
Additional Children = $75 each

Stations

A Typical Day At VBS

Each day at Totally Catholic Rainforest Falls VBS, kids trek into field-tested rotations that reinforce key teachings from Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition and immerse kids in new adventures.

	Sing & Play Tune Lagoon Start the day with high-energy music, and meet a new Bible Memory Buddy each day.
	Rooted Bible Adventures Kids plunge into powerful narratives from Sacred Scripture that showcase the true nature of God. Also features connections with the daily Catholic ID.
	Imagination Station Imagination Station is the sciency spot for creativity, discovery, and unbe-leaf-able faith connections!
	Wild Games Wild Games combines untamed fun with meaningful learning about each day’s Bible Point!
	Treetop Treats Treetop Treats provides kid-approved snacks everyone will want to get their paws on. Also, get to know the Saint of the Day.
	Sticky Scripture Immerse kids in the daily Scripture so they will UNDERSTAND God’s Word, APPLY it to their lives, and REMEMBER the Scripture for years to come! Also features connections with the daily Catholic ID.
	Canopy Closing Wrap up the day with cool science experiments, drama, and music that all tie to the daily Bible Point. Children will review the Saint of the Day and the Catholic ID.

Interested in a volunteer opportunity this summer? Saint Gregory the Great Vacation Bible School day camp is a terrific time to help and interact with the younger children of our parish. Our VBS is loaded with fun-filled activities that bring kids closer to God. Through the different activities – singing, crafts, games, snacks, bible story theatre – the children learn what the Bible point of the day is and how they can live it out in their life.

The VBS camp will run Monday through Friday. Volunteers need to be here from 8:30 am – 1:00 pm. On Friday the camp will conclude with a Mass that starts at 11:30 am.

We cannot put this camp on without volunteers – a lot of volunteers. Work begins months before with planning, designing and assembling set decorations, making signs, registering campers, training, etc. Would you like to play a role in this year’s camp? You are awarded service hours for the time that you volunteer at the VBS camp.
