Backpack and School Supplies Drive
To Benefit our Sister Parish: Our Lady of Angels
August 3-11, 2024
Dear Community Members,
As we gear up for another school year, we are reaching out for your support for the students of Our Lady’s School. We aim to ensure that every student starts the year with a new backpack and all the necessary school supplies.
This year, we kindly ask for monetary donations instead of physical items. The funds we collect will be used to purchase grade-specific supplies required by each teacher. This approach will enable us to provide every student with the necessary supplies and to make bulk purchases to maximize our budget. Please note that a donation of $45.00 will cover the cost of one new backpack and supplies. Our ultimate goal is to provide backpacks for all 170 students, spanning Pre-K to 8th grade, and any donation, no matter the amount, is sincerely appreciated.
Donations can be dropped off during all Masses on August 3/4 and 10/11, or at the parish office at any time. Please make checks payable to STGG with “Backpacks” noted in the memo line.
